Business lessons from climbing
There is a terms called ‘Redpoint’ which is used in rock climbing when a climber has had to practice and experiment with a climbing route before they finally get to the top in one go. Running any successful business or developing as a leader, requires agility, and a process of experimentation before one can reap the rewards of success; just as in climbing having a support team and someone at your side to guide and encourage you can accelerate this process.
